Michael is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of North Star Consultants. He brings with him 20 years of comprehensive experience in wealth management, legal affairs, and compliance. His experience spans renowned Canadian law firms, financial institutions, securities regulators, and fintech firms.

Before joining North Star, Michael served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Delphia USA, Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Wealthsimple, Senior Legal Counsel at BMO Financial Group, and was a member of the Autorité des marchés financiers Technological Innovation Advisory Committee.
